独立科研支持服务
Scientiva Research 是独立经营的科研与学术传播支持服务,不隶属于、代表或获得任何大学、期刊或科研机构的官方认可。客户不得将本服务描述为校方或期刊官方服务。
Scientiva Research is an independently operated research and scholarly-communication support service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any university, journal or research institution.
The requested date becomes an agreed delivery date only after the payment, files and scope have been reviewed and the order is marked Confirmed.
Standard delivery may be requested from the fifth calendar day after submission. The 48-hour priority option adds 30% to the confirmed fee and allows a date from the second calendar day.
The corresponding author must approve every manuscript file, declaration, authorship detail and final submission. Scientiva does not request or retain journal-account passwords.
Peer-review support covers editorial analysis, response-letter preparation and revisions within the confirmed scope. New experiments, new statistical analyses or substantial new sections require a separate quotation.
Payments are generally non-refundable after payment because editorial capacity is reserved and scope/file review begins. If Scientiva cannot provide the agreed service, materially fails to deliver the confirmed scope, or applicable law requires a refund, an appropriate refund or remedy will be provided. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
One revision round within the original confirmed scope is included when consolidated feedback is submitted within seven days of first delivery. New analysis, added text, new figures, a different target journal or work outside the original scope requires a new quote.
We collect only information needed to quote, verify payment, perform the service, communicate, prevent misuse, maintain order records and deliver files securely. Student ID is optional. Manuscripts and payment records are not sold or used for advertising profiles.
Requests that breach this policy may be refused or stopped. Scientiva may ask the client to clarify authorship, permissions, ethics approval or the intended use of the work.
